I'm going to install the 4GB Patch, New Vegas Anti-Crash and New Vegas Tick Fix to see if they hopefully help my performance issues. The textures seem washed out, the frame rate is low and my draw distance seems to fluctuate (signs in the distance were flicking, yet I could see the gecko running around underneath it clear as day).

It runs with no mods installed but straight off the bat I noticed very poor performance, despite my system automatically setting the graphics to Ultra. Then when I tried to download this one mod, the FOMM won't launch the game. The mods that were installed via FOMM worked in-game.
